Refund Policy

Britisheditors.co.uk holds the Refund Policy as described here under:

  • We entertain every single customer who contacts with the claim for refund provided customer meets the terms and conditions listed under refund policy.
  • Britisheditors.co.uk honors the request for order cancellation and for 100% money back only in case its staff has not picked the order for work.
  • However, for to all processed orders we do not honor a refund claim if it exceeds the 50% of the paid amount. This term applies to all processed orders regardless of the scenarios.
  • At britisheditors.co.uk half of the paid fee is considered as the cost of services and becomes non-refundable for all those order that have gone into processing.
  • Britisheditors.co.uk accepts refund claims if they are up to 50% of the fee amount. However, claim is eligible only if customer’s requirements have not been met by the staff at britisheditors.co.uk even after four or more revisions.
  • At britisheditors.co.uk refund claim for the orders with rush-delivery timelines are not accepted (rush orders are those orders that are received with delivery timeline less than 2 working days). Any such refund claim shall be immediately rejected.
  • britisheditors.co.uk has set up a committee for the purpose of verification of refund claims, and every single case is settled based upon factual grounds as per the company policies.
  • britisheditors.co.uk requires all of its customers to respect and agree to the decision of its refund case verification committee. Verification committee shall require 2 to 4 business days to settle a case.
  • britisheditors.co.uk fully respects the decision of its verification committee whatever decision it may grant. If case is settled in customer’s favor then processing of funds is done on immediate basis.
  • Funds processed from britisheditors.co.uk end to the customer’s account, may require up to 7 to 10 business days in getting transferred.

Cancellation requests may be accepted by britisheditors.co.uk only if they are received before the staff at britisheditors.co.uk picks the order to move into processing phase. Requests received after an order has moved into processing phase are not entertained.
  • Revisions:
    Revision requests are entertained if are found as valid and justified. This means if a customer is not able to prove that committed requirement(s) was/were missed, then revision request shall not be accepted.
  • Security:
    At britisheditors.co.uk we understand the critical nature of data security. And this makes data protection our top priority. Accordingly, we have employed best available security systems to fulfill data security requirements. For the sake of customers/ visitors data protection, our website stores their information.
  • Payment:
    At britisheditors.co.uk the payments are collected from its customers using the different channels the bank account, PayPal and Credit card. Moreover, At britisheditors.co.uk also uses its merchants to collect payments.
